Drake has revealed a selection of his most cherished songs from his extensive catalog in his recent appearance on Florida International University.

The event was part of the hospitality expert David Grutman’s course earlier this month, ahead of the launch from the band 6 God’s collaboration album featuring 21 Savage, Her Loss. The one-hour conversation featured Drizzy talking to a class of 400 students on the importance of career advice, as well as other subjects.

The conversation then turned to the artist’s music and process of creation and culminated in Drake handing out diamonds, like revealing his diamond-certified 2018 hit “God’s Plan” was not designed to be a motivating tune for people of all ages.

“Sometimes you forget, like, the biggest hits or… what seems like the easiest ones really weren’t that easy,” he explained. “Even God’s Plan” is another instance of a song I believe has a lot of integrity. It’s not a cheesy tune. It’s obvious that a lot of people connect it to the video. It’s an upbeat, positive track. But I can remember that I wrote that songto thank my dawgs.”

He continued: “That was, like it was for the guys. We were turning up. I thought I was going about something that was not true and then suddenly it was a motivational album. I thought I do not know if the listeners were able to read the lyrics. ‘”

In terms of his top music, Drake picked two fan favorite tracks from his album Views. “I think that ‘Feel No Ways’ and ‘Fire & Desire’ [are two] of my favorite songs, too,” Drake revealed.

Views debut at the number. 1 . Billboard 200 and spent 13 consecutive weeks on the charts. The album sold more than one million album equivalent units during the first week, and also record-breaking 245 million in the opening week streams.

The latest album from Drizzy Her Loss, which he previously mentioned Her Loss was a huge success and has maintained his dominance in the music industry, debuting atop the Billboard 200 with 404,000 first-week units — the most sales week ever for the Hip Hop album in 2022.

Drake as well as 21 Savage were unable to beat the song of Taylor Swift’s “Anti-Hero” atop the Billboard Hot 100 although they did manage to record eight songs within the Top 10 which included “Rich Flex” (No. 2), “Major Distribution” (No. 3) and “On BS” (No. 4).

The 6 God was the first artist to do this feat twice following his previous success in claiming eighth of the top 10 places on the chart in the previous season’s certified Lovers Boy.
