Marlowe are released their stunning new album ‘Marlowe 3’.

Marlowe The duo consisting of producers L’Orange along with the rapper Solemn Brigham pleased to announce their highly-anticipated debut album Marlowe 3. The alt-rap duo exhibits tremendous maturation and growth both as individuals and as a group which makes Marlowe 3 their best release ever and a fantastic finalization of the trilogy.
Marlowe is an rap duo, an ethereal underworld of psychedelic beats and tense flow that smacks with a wig-splitting force. A collaborative effort between writer/producer L’Orange and rap genius Solemn Brigham Marlowe is setting their own standards for Hip-Hop worldwide. The two creative duo and long-time pals of North Carolina have released two critically acclaimed albums, and have been performing on US and UK concerts and capturing the attention of fans around the world.
Marlowe 3 is a culmination of the progress the duo experienced from their previous tours and projects. From the initial writing phase to the production process changed by the way that each of Solemn the band and L’Orange completely redesigning their studios through the development of the album.
L’Orange declares, “This album feels like an improvement in what we’re as a collective. The goal was to create something big exciting, lively, and explosive. I think we accomplished it without losing control. I’m feeling like Solemn as well as I am at the top of our game ever been.”
After Marlowe 2, the duo embarked on a sold-out 2021 UK tour in 2021. The album was heavily in the direction of their time traveling across the UK.
Solemn clarifies, “Spending time in the UK has given us plenty to draw from , and it inspired me to do something to help those who have shown the love. The impact we’ve had on individuals in person gives me the feeling that Marlowe isn’t just us, and I draw from that too.”
In the year 2016, L’Orange had two ear surgeries that drastically reduced his hearing. Marlowe 3 is the first album that L’Orange has recorded after becoming totally deaf in his right ear.
He states, “I’m finally to the stage where I’m happy adapting to my new lifestyle. The last time I mixed was 10 years ago. time I mixed , and I’m feeling very comfortable doing the mixing myself.”
Following Marlowe’s initial two albums with the self-titled Marlowe and Marlowe 2, the group was praised by critics and albums of the year awards from such organizations as BBC6, Yahoo! Entertainment, and Amoeba Music as well as being named the top hip-hop single within the UK on iTunes. The music of the group has been featured on movies, television and videogames as well as podcasts. Particularly, their track “Future Power Sources” was included as part of the Gatorade “Greatness Starts With G” campaign, which aired in the 2021 Olympics, NBA finals, as well as the NHL Stanley Cup. Their hit song “Fred Sanford” soundtracked a 7-11 commercial that was directed by Harmony Korine. They’ve also appeared as part of Fox Sports NFL and ESPN productions as well as in huge video games such as NBA 2K22, Saints Row and Fortnite.
