TAYLOR SWIFT IS THE FIRST ARTIST IN THE 64-YEAR HISTORY OF THE BILLBOARD HOT 100 SONGS CHART TO DOMINATE THE TOP 10

Taylor Swift scores one of the most memorable weeks in the time history of the Billboard Hot 100 songs chart becoming the only artist ever to be able to claim the entire top 10 of the chart in one frame. The song that has led Swift in the Hot 100, “Anti-Hero” is released at number. 1 and is her ninth top 10 chart position in her career. Swift currently holds thirteen of the 15 top spots in the charts, including the complete standard version of Midnights.
All the songs on the top 100 of the Hot 100 come from Swift’s latest album Midnights which was released on Oct. 21 via Republic Records, blasts in at No. one on the Billboard 200 albums chart with the largest week for a album in the last seven years. In addition, as Swift introduces 10 fresh Hot 100 top 10s, she has the highest number of top 10s of women in the history of the chart by having 40. Additionally, Midnights becomes the first album ever to feature more than 10, Hot 100 top 10s.
Taylor Swift’s Midnights was hailed as the most successful album in the last decade and biggest debut in her career, bringing in nearly 1.6 million in total consumed across the US and 3 million around the world. Midnights racked up more than 1 million US total album sales within a week, making it being the only album in history to accomplish this since her’reputation’ album’ (2017). Midnights also broke records for the most record sales week for any album and crossed 1 billion global streamed albums in just one week, setting a new career highest.
