BBC Sounds has released The Chemical Brothers‘ 1995 Essential Mix for the next month and a half in conjunction with their latest album, For That Beautiful Feeling, released on September 8. The mix aired in March 1995 via Pete Tong‘s radio show for the site before the group dropped their debut album Exit Planet Dust that same year.

The 1995 Essential Mix now serves as a memento of dance music history, as the duo grew to become one of the most prominent names in the scene. The tracklist includes the likes of the Beastie Boys, Biggie, and the Beatles, as well as their own music. Stream it now on BBC Sounds until the end of October.

Last June, The Chemical Brothers also announced that they will be releasing a retrospective book on their 30-year career. It will be available on October 28.
