In a season that hasn’t truly elicited an undisputed “Song of the summer” champion, Troye Sivan‘s “Rush” should at least be considered a very strong contender. The Australian artist (and star of The Idol RIP) unveiled the single last month and it became an instant hit with pop fans across the globe. It’s not hard to understand why; “Rush” is an addictive and propulsive queer club track with a huge chorus and a sweaty, lust-filled video.

Today, Sivan has shared a remix of the track and recruited two interesting artists to join him on the dancefloor. PinkPantheress, fresh from contributing to the Barbie soundtrack, is first in line with Hyunjin of K-pop group Stray Kids close behind her. You can hear their take on “Rush” below.

“Rush” will appear on Sivan’s new album Something To Give Each Other, which is due to drop on October 13.
